Out of Hours Prescription Request Telephone Lines

Please note that the Out of Hours Request lines will cease on 1st May 2015 and all requests must be made in writing or via the online prescription request service. This is in order that the practice complies with best practice guidance to reduce errors in dispensing services to patients.
